HealthCare Power of Attorney

A heath-care Power of Attorney is for any person in the family over 18 years of age.  This is the age in which parents un HIPPA cannot have access to child's healthcare wishes.  The over 18 year old must have the rights to choose who will terminate their life in case of a-coma or what medical treatments to authorize in case of incapacitation. Also acts as a DNR order.
